1. Player Eligibility
Important: You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account or place any wager on bea88. Geographic Restrictions

It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that accessing and using the bea88 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. bea88 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside of the intended operating territory. Players accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk.
1.3
Single Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active bea88 account. Players found to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — will have all associated accounts permanently closed, all bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts cancelled. Funds deposited in good faith may be returned at bea88's sole discretion following investigation.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1
Registration Requirements
To register a bea88 account, a player must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, a chosen username, and a password. The player warrants that all information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and current. bea88 will use the registered mobile number as the primary means of account verification, password recovery, and two-factor authentication (where enabled). Account Security Responsibilities
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. bea88 staff will never request a player's password under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through a player's account — whether authorised by that player or not — is the sole responsibility of the account holder until bea88 has been formally notified of unauthorised access. KYC Verification
bea88 may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before approving a withdrawal or at any other time. KYC documentation may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by bea88 may result in account suspension. bea88 conducts KYC in compliance with its anti-money-laundering obligations.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1
Deposits
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name. bea88 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and approved bank transfer methods including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within the player's account. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bea88 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
3.2
Withdrawals
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the same bea88 account, and must be in the same name as the registered account. bea88 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider. bea88 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC and any applicable wagering requirements.
3.3
Dormant Accounts
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. bea88 will notify the player by SMS to their registered mobile number before applying a dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee, where applied, will not reduce any account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1
Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are not transferable between players and have no cash equivalent.
4.2
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by bea88 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and any game contribution percentages will be clearly stated in the terms of the individual offer at the time it is claimed. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period.
4.3
Bonus Abuse
bea88 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where it reasonably suspects that a player has participated in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets in a pattern designed to exploit wagering requirements without genuine risk, or colluding with other players. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of bea88's compliance team.
5. Prohibited Conduct
5.1
Prohibited Activities
Players must not engage in any conduct that bea88 reasonably determines to be harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive to the integrity of the platform. Prohibited activities include: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; attempting to access or tamper with any account other than your own; exploiting software errors or bugs for financial gain; engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering designed to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome; and any activity that constitutes money laundering or that violates applicable Bangladeshi law.
5.2
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where bea88 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, bea88 may without prior notice: immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account; withhold or confiscate any funds, bonuses, or winnings in the account; and report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law. bea88's decision in such matters is final, subject to any applicable legal obligation to provide reasons upon request.
6. Responsible Gaming
6.1
Player Protection Tools
bea88 is committed to responsible gaming and provides all registered players with access to a suite of self-management tools within their account dashboard, available at no cost. These tools include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders and automatic session time-out; cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks); and permanent self-exclusion. Players may activate any of these tools at any time. A request for self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.
6.2
Self-Exclusion
A player who believes their gambling has become a problem may request permanent self-exclusion from bea88 at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line 'Self-Exclusion Request'. Upon permanent self-exclusion, the player's account will be closed and will not be reopened under any circumstances. bea88 will take reasonable steps to prevent the self-excluded player from opening a new account. Permanently self-excluded players are not eligible for any promotional communications from bea88. bea88 encourages any player experiencing difficulty to seek assistance from relevant support organisations.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
7.1
Termination by bea88
bea88 may suspend or terminate a player's account at any time if: the player breaches any provision of these Terms; bea88 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement; bea88 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; or the player's account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. Where an account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited if directly connected to prohibited conduct.
7.2
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their bea88 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before account closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Voluntary account closure does not entitle a player to a refund of any losses incurred during normal gameplay.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1
Service Availability
bea88 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, bea88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond bea88's reasonable control including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of government. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to players in advance where practicable.
8.2
Consequential Loss
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bea88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with a player's use of or inability to use the bea88 platform. bea88's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Amendments to These Terms
bea88 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation. The current version of these Terms is always accessible on this page. The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version became effective. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the bea88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
